A class for individual who want to get lean and strong this year. A mixture of weights, HIIT (high
intensity interval training), and ab work. (1 hour) Some classes will have a heavy cardio focus some
will not! (1 hour)
A mix of Pilates and yoga designed to increase flexibility, balance and core strength. (1hour)
A core training class appropriate for all fitness levels. This is a mat class that strengthens the
powerhouse and improves flexibility. This class is a perfect cross training workout.

PiYo is a fun, challenging class fusing Pilates and Yoga. You will burn calories, tone muscles,
work on balance and get a great stretch! The class is a little different each time, but always a
great workout! (1 hour)
These classes are more vigorous and at a faster pace. More intense and challenging poses with a
warm up of Sun Salutations A and B combined with jump-backs and jump-forwards will take your
practice to the next level. Strength-building standing poses are combined in creative flow
sequences. Deeper backbends, more complex balancing poses, and inversions are practiced. A good
yoga foundation in the basics is encouraged. (75 min)
A duathlon type class of 30 minutes running/30 minutes biking/30 minutes running.
A circuit class specifically designed for active older adults to strengthen weak muscles, stretch tight
areas and build core strength. We will use the chair, the band and the balls for exercises. (45 min)
Spin class designed for our active older adults, beginner spinners or anyone wanting to get a quick
30 minute ride. Great instruction on bike set-up. Class moves at your pace based on your level of
fitness. Anyone can take this class. (30 min)
An instructor leads you on a ride through flats and hills while you control the intensity. This
workout is great for all levels. (45 min)
Class consists of 20 min. swim, 40 min bike, 30 min run. Great for triathlon training or an overall
workout!! (S/B/R) (90 min)
Tabata Boot Camp is based on high intensity training using 20 second micro bursts followed by 10
seconds of rest. Each class will do several tabatas. The remainder of the class is a circuit utilizing
gliders, kettle bells, and weights. It's a total body workout! (1 hour)
This class offers a great mix of cardio and weights while using The Step and weights to tone and
sculpt while developing cardiovascular endurance. (45 min)
Fun, out of the box, exercises designed to challenge your total body. Sometimes we use weights,
sometimes we don’t. If you are stuck in your workouts this is the class for you! The workouts are
designed to be for any level. (45 min)

This class is designed for healthy students who would like to increase strength and flexibility and
burn calories at the same time. Strength moves with light weights will be added into a flowing style
class with a focus on the core. (1 hour)
A fuse of Latin rhythms and easy to follow moves to create a dynamic workout system that
will kick your tail. Step out of your box and try it! Family Zumba allows you to bring your
kids, grandkids, nieces, nephews, ages 6-12, and have some “family” fun! Zumba Gold
moves at a slower pace. (1 hour)
Takes the original Zumba dance-fitness class to the next level utilizing an innovative muscle
training protocol and the addition of lightweight toning sticks or dumbbells. This combination of
cardio and dynamic resistive exercises is an effective use of progressive lightweight training to
improve overall performance. (30-45 min)
Zumba Kids® is the ultimate dance-fitness party for young Zumba fans where they can play it loud
and rock with friends to their own rules! This program features age-appropriate music and moves
that get kids movin’ to the beat. It’s all about feeling fearless on the dance floor, reinforcing the
idea that it’s okay to just be yourself and dance like no one’s watching! (1 hour)
A circuit type class with obstacle courses and strength training plus some cardio intervals. Every
class will be scaled to meet the individuals’ fitness level. There are showers available if you need to
go straight to work. (45 min)
This workout that utilizes tires, sledgehammers, medicine balls, plyo boxes and much more to
decrease your stress level before you head out for your work day. All exercises will be scaled to
