How to create a YouTube account
YouTube is your very own video channel.
Before you set up a YouTube account it is best to have a film to post.
Visit www.youtube.com
Click on the Create Account link in the top right of the scree. This will take you to the
sign up page.
Sign up to YouTube following the onscreen instructions.
Now click the upload a video link and follow the on screen instructions.

Resolution
Recommended: Original resolution of your video - for HD, it is 1,920

Bit rate
Because bit rate is highly dependent on codec, there is no recommended
or minimum value. Videos should be optimised for resolution, aspect ratio
and frame rate, rather than bit rate.
Frame rate
The frame rate of the original video should be maintained without
resampling. In particular, pull-down and other frame-rate resampling
techniques are strongly discouraged.

Now you have your very own film on your very own film channel it is time to import that
film into your wordpress blog.
Find your film using the search box within YouTube. This will give you the public view of
your film.
Embedding
Visit a video page on YouTube. Copy the URL from the address bar.
In your blog’s Dashboard, go to Posts->Add New or Pages->Add New. Click on the Add
Video button on the Upload toolbar.
Select the From URL tab. Paste the YouTube video’s URL into the URL field. Then click
the Insert into Post button.
The YouTube video shortcode will then be inserted into your post. Publish the post and
the video will look like the one below.
