The Court pronounced the first-instance Verdict in the Srđan Antunović (S1 2 K 016059 14 K2)
case acquitting the accused Srđan Antunović of the charges for the criminal offence of Illicit
Trafficking in Narcotic Drugs.
•
In the Ekrem Ibračević et al. (S1 1 K 016488 14 KrI) case, the Court reviewed justification of
prohibitive measures for the accused Ekrem Ibračević, Faruk Smajlović and Sejdalija Čović. The
Court found that reasons for the measures still remain. The next review will be on 19 February
2015.
•
In the Mario Ćosić et al. (S1 2 K 014792 14 K) case, the Court rendered the decision terminating
for the suspect Aldin Zatagić the following prohibitive measures: ban on leaving the region of
Central Bosnia Canton; ban on traveling; ban on meeting with certain persons; mandatory
reporting to the relevant Police Station, while in relation to the accused Miroslav Ćosić the
measure of a mandatory reporting to the relevant Police Station. Other measures in relation to the
accused Miroslav Ćosić shall remain in force. The next review will be on 19 February 2015.

As part of the Court Support Network project, the Helsinki Committee for Human Rights in
Republika Srpska organized the visit to the Court for a group of 50 law students from Mostar. The
purpose of the visit is to inform the students about the structure and work of the Court. In the first
part of the visit, the students had an opportunity to see a video footage of a trial held before the
Section I for War Crimes. After that, the students were informed of the organization, jurisdiction,
work and significance of the Court through presentations of the Legal Department and Public
Information and Outreach Section representatives.

On 19 December 2014, the Court reviewed justification of prohibitive measures in the Ramo Brkić
et al. (S1 2 K 008645 14 Kžk) case for the accused Senad Šabić. The Court found that reasons
for the measures still remain. The next review will be on 19 February 2015.
•
In the Umrislav Jozić et al. (S1 1 K 007527 14 Krn) case, the Court rendered the decision dated
18 December 2014 imposing on the suspects Umrislav Jozić, Luka Jozić and Mato Jozić the
following prohibitive measures: ban on meeting with certain persons; mandatory reporting to the
relevant Police Station. Umrislav Jozić, Luka Jozić and Mato Jozić are suspected of the criminal
offence of War Crimes against Civilians.
•
On 16 December 2014, the Court confirmed the Indictment in the Mile Puljić (S1 1 K 017799 14
Kro) case charging Mile Puljić with the criminal offence of Crimes against Humanity.
•
In the Hamdo Dacić et al. (S1 2 K 003354 14 Kž) case, the Court sent out the second-instance
Verdict on 16 December 2014 under which the Prosecution appeal is refused as unfounded, and
the Verdict of the Court dated 31 January 2014 confirmed in paragraph I of the Verdict. At the
same time, the appeal by the Defense Counsel for the accused Haris Zornić and Acik Can, and in
view of the appeal by the Defense Counsel for the accused Haris Zornić, accused Acik Can and
legal entity “Majorka” d.o.o. Sarajevo, is granted and thus the Verdict dated 31 January 2014 is
revised in Paragraphs II, II-6) of the Verdict, in as much as the accused Haris Zornić, Can Acik
and legal entity „Majorka“ d.o.o. Sarajevo, are acquitted of the charges for the criminal offense of
Money Laundering and in relation to the accused Can Acik, the charges are dismissed related to
Paragraph II-7) of the Trial Verdict about the criminal offense of Illegal Production and Distribution
of Narcotic Drugs.

On 16 December 2014, the Court sent out the second-instance Verdict in the Saša Radošević (S1
2 K 009843 14 Kž) case dismissing as unfounded the appeal filed by the accused Saša Radošević
and confirming the Court’s Verdict of 31 March 2014.
• On 10 December 2014, the Court sent out the second-instance Verdict in the Najdan Mlađenović
et al. (S1 1 K 009947 14 Krž) case dismissing as unfounded the appeals filed by the Prosecutor’s
Office of BiH and Defence Lawyer for the accused Najdan Mlađenović and confirming the Court’s
Verdict of 4 March 2014.
•
On 1 December 2014, the Court confirmed the Indictment in the Mesud Begić et al. (S1 2 K
009401 14 Ko) case charging Mesud Begić, Arif Čović, Almir Čović, Đulaga Čović, Hasib Čović,
Ale Čović, Husmir Čović, Safet Šabić, Rasim Čović and Emir Recep Secgin with the criminal
offence of Organized Crime in conjunction with the criminal offence of Smuggling of Persons.

On 31 October 2014, the Court confirmed the Indictment in the Bojan Starović (S1 3 K 017364 14
Kps) case charging Bojan Starović with the criminal offence of Counterfeiting of Money.

Monday, 22 December 2014

In the Andrija Bjelošević et al. (S1 1 K 014931 14 Krn) case, the Court rendered the decision
extending custody for the suspect Andrija Bjelošević for two months. Pursuant to this decision his
custody may last until 23 February 2015. In relation to the suspects Milan Savić and Dušan
Kuzmanović, the Court rendered the decision terminating custody and imposing on them the
following prohibitive measures: ban on leaving the place of residence (house arrest) and ban on
travelling; ban on meeting with certain persons. The next review of justification of prohibitive
measures will be on 22 February 2015.
•
The Court rendered the decision in the Mile Puljić (S1 1 K 017799 14 Kro) case imposing on the
accused Mile Puljić the following prohibitive measures: ban on leaving the place of residence; ban
on travelling; ban on meeting and contacting with certain persons; mandatory reporting to the
relevant Police Station, once a week. The next review will be on 22 February 2015.
•
At the plea hearing before Section I for War Crimes of the Court, in the Dragan Maksimović (S1 1
K 016604 14 Kro) case, the accused Dragan Maksimović failed to appear. Dragan Maksimović is
charged with the criminal offence of War Crimes against Civilians.
•
The Court reviewed justification of prohibitive measures in the Novak Mitrović et al. (S1 1 K
016205 14 KrI) case for the accused Novak Mitrović and Dragan Glogovac. The Court found that
reasons for the measures still remain. The next review will be on 22 February 2015.
•
In the Andrija Bjelošević et al. (S1 1 K 014931 14 Krn) case, the Court rendered the decision
terminating custody for the suspects Marinko Đukić, Miroslav Pijunović and Dobrivoje Ćulibrk and
imposing on them the following prohibitive measures: ban on travelling; ban on meeting with
certain persons; mandatory reporting to the relevant Police Station, once a week. The next review
will be on 22 February 2015.

The Court rendered the decision in the Vlado Delić et al. (S1 2 K 016661 14 K) case separating
the proceedings in relation to the accused Aleksandar Milinić, therefore from now on this case
shall be processed under the number of Aleksandar Milinić (S1 2 K 017951 14 K).
•
Upon consideration and acceptance of a Plea agreement, the Court pronounced the Verdict in the
Zoran Gudalo (S1 2 K 017255 14 K2) case finding the accused Zoran Gudalo guilty of the
criminal offence of IllegalTrade. In that regard, the Court sentenced the accused to eight months in
prison. The Court seized from the accused the ill-gotten gain in the amount of BAM 1,369.08.
•
In the Nenad Petrović et al. (S1 2 K 017151 14 Ko) case, the Court confirmed the Indictment
charging Nenad Petrović and Mića Trifković with the criminal offence of Embezzlement in Office.
•
In the Miroslav Škalonja et al. (S1 3 K 017724 14 Kpp) case, the Court rendered the decision
extending custody for the suspects Miroslav Škalonja and Davor Vuković for two months. Pursuant
to this decision their custody may last until 23 February 2015. Miroslav Škalonja and Davor
Vuković are suspected of the criminal offence of Counterfeiting of Money.

The Court rendered the decision in the Sandro Soče et al. (S1 2 K 012122 14 K) case separating
the proceedings in relation to the accused Tomislav Pervan, Josip Miličević and Kristijan Majić,
therefore from now on this case shall be processed under the number of Tomislav Pervan et al.
(S1 2 K 017944 14 K).
•
Upon consideration and acceptance of a Plea agreement, the Court pronounced the Verdict in the
Tomislav Pervan et al. (S1 2 K 017944 14 K) case finding the accused Tomislav Pervan and
Josip Miličević guilty of continued criminal offence of Counterfeiting of Money and the accused
Kristijan Majić of the criminal offence of Counterfeiting of Money. In that regard, the Court
sentenced the accused Pervan and Miličević to eight months in prison each and imposed on the
accused Majić a suspended sentence in the duration of three months in prison, which shall not be
executed if the accused within one year and six months period of time, as of the day the Verdict
becomes final, does not commit a new criminal offence. In relation to the accused Miličević, the
Court rendered the decision terminating his custody.
•
At the plea hearing before Section III for General Crime of the Court, in the Bojan Starović (S1 3 K
017364 14 Kps) case, the accused Bojan Starović pleaded not guilty of the criminal offence of
Counterfeiting of Money.

In the Goran Mrđa et al. (S1 1 K 012010 14 Krn) case, the Court rendered the decision ordering
the suspects Goran Mrđa and Milorad Mrđa into one-month custody. Pursuant to this decision the
custody may last until 23 January 2015. In relation to the suspects Mile Kokot and Ranko Mrđa, the
Court imposed the following prohibitive measures: ban on leaving the place of residence and ban
on travelling; ban on meeting with certain persons; mandatory reporting to the relevant Police
Station, twice a week. The next review of justification of prohibitive measures will be on 24
February 2015. Goran Mrđa, Milorad Mrđa, Mile Kokot and Ranko Mrđa are suspected of the
criminal offence of War Crimes against Civilians.
•
The Court reviewed justification of prohibitive measures in the Bosiljko Marković et al. (S1 1 K
012024 13 KrI) case for the accused Bosiljko Marković and Ostoja Marković. The Court found that
reasons for the measures still remain. The next review will be on 24 February 2015.
•
In the Adin Subašić et al. (S1 2 K 014155 14 Krn) case, the Court reviewed justification of
prohibitive measures for the suspects Adin Subašić and Džemal Škrijelj. The Court found that
reasons for the measures still remain. The next review will be on 24 February 2015.
•
The Court rendered the decision in the Nenad Petrović et al. (S1 2 K 017151 14 Ko) case
terminating prohibitive measures for the accused Nenad Petrović and Mića Trifković.
•
In the Damir Trifković (S1 3 K 017347 14 Kps) case, the Court accepted the Sentencing Warrant
of the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH and pronounced the Verdict by which the accused Damir Trifković
was found guilty of the criminal offence of Counterfeiting of Money. In that regard, the Court
imposed on the accused a suspended sentence in the duration of three months in prison which
shall not be executed if the accused within one year period of time, as of the day the Verdict
becomes final, does not commit a new criminal offence.

The Court rendered the decision in the Radosav Milovanović (S1 1 K 017958 14 Krn) case
imposing on the suspect Radosav Milovanović the measure of ban on meeting or connecting with
witnesses in any matter whatsoever. Radosav Milovanović is suspected of the criminal offence of
War Crimes against Civilians.
•
In the Jasmin Čoloman (S1 1 K 016464 14 KrI) case, the Court reviewed justification of prohibitive
measures for the accused Jasmin Čoloman. The Court found that reasons for the measures still
remain. The next review will be on 25 February 2015.
•
The Court pronounced the first-instance Verdict in the Dragan Doderović et al. (S1 2 K 015877 14
K) case finding the accused Dragan Doderović, Aleksandar Međedović, Adis Hadžimahović,
Mijomir Tomanović, Dragan Slijepčević, Zdravko Rončević, Puniša Nikolić, Danilo Božović, Ilija
Bumbić and Slobodan Papović guilty of the criminal offence of Organized Crime in conjunction with
the criminal offence of Illicit Trafficking in Narcotic Drugs. In that regard, the Court imposed on the
accused the following prison sentences: Dragan Doderović and Aleksandar Međedović four years
each; Adis Hadžimahović, Puniša Nikolić, Danilo Božović and Ilija Bumbić three years each;
Mijomir Tomanović, Dragan Slijepčević, Zdravko Rončević and Slobodan Papović two years each.
The Court seized from the accused Nikolić, Tomanović, Božović, Rončević, Slijepčević and
Hadžimahović items used in the perpetration of a criminal offence and from the accused Rončević
also narcotic drugs marijuana-skunk, in total of 61 kilograms and 470 grams. The Court acquitted
the accused Hadžimahović and Tomanović of some charges. In relation to the accused Međedović,
Nikolić and Božović, the Court rendered the decision extending custody which may last up to nine
months more precisely until 25 September 2015 or until the Court renders a new decision. In
relation to the accused Doderović, Hadžimahović, Tomanović, Slijepčević, Rončević, Bumbić and
Papović, the Court rendered the decision extending prohibitive measures.

At the plea hearing before Section I for War Crimes of the Court, in the Dragan Marjanović iet al.
(S1 1 K 017626 14 Kro) case, the accused Dragan Marjanović, Saša Gavranović, Vitomir Dević,
Zoran Šljuka, Dragomir Kezunović and Dario Slavuljica pleaded not guilty of the criminal offence of
Crimes against Humanity.
•
At the plea hearing before Section II for organized Crime, Economic Crime and Corruption of the
Court, in the Nevenko Božičić et al. (S1 2 K 017287 14 Ko) case, the accused Nevenko Božičić
and Slavko Bibić pleaded not guilty of the criminal offence of Counterfeiting of Money.

Kro) case, is scheduled to take place on Monday 29 December 2014, starting at 11.00 a.m. in
Courtroom 3. Jozo Đojić is charged with the criminal offence of War Crimes against Civilians.
