In the Stevo Jovanović et al. (S1 1 K 017259 15 KrI) case, the Court reviewed justification of
prohibitive measures of the accused Milosav Jovanović, Marijan Jovanović and Slavko Jovanović.
The Court found that reasons for the measures still remain. The next review will be on 6 April
2015.
•
The Court rendered the decision in the Mehmet Tas (S1 3 K 018055 15 Eks) case extending
custody of the requested Mehmet Tas. Pursuant to this decision the custody may last pending the
extradition decision but not longer than six months as of the day of detention.
•
In the Damir Grahović et al. (S1 3 K 014523 14 K) case, the Court rendered the decision
separating the proceedings in relation to the accused Adijan Kantarević, therefore from now on this
case shall be processed under the number of Adijan Kantarević (S1 3 K 018284 15 K).
•
The Court rendered the decision in the Tomo Rekić (S1 3 K 018274 15 Eks) case ordering the
requested Tomo Rekić into 18 day custody. Pursuant to this decision the custody may last until 24
February 2015 or until the Court renders a new decision. Tomo Rekić is requested by the
Municipal Criminal Court in Zagreb due to the criminal proceedings for the criminal offence of
Forging of Official Documents and the criminal offence of Fraud.

Upon consideration and acceptance of Plea agreements, the Court pronounced the following
Verdicts:
• Damir Grahović (S1 3 K 014523 14 K) finding the accused Damir Grahović guilty of the
criminal offence of Counterfeiting of Money. In that regard, the Court sentenced the accused
to six months in prison. The Court seized from the accused items used in the perpetration of a
criminal offence.
• Adijan Kantarević (S1 3 K 018284 15 K) finding the accused Adijan Kantarević guilty of the
criminal offence of Counterfeiting of Money. In that regard, the Court sentenced the accused
to five months in prison.

On 5 February 2015, the Court reviewed justification of prohibitive measures in the Dževad Dulić
(S1 1 K 017348 14 KrI) case of the accused Dževad Dulić. The Court found that reasons for the
measures still remain. The next review will be on 5 April 2015.
•
The Court rendered the decision on 5 February 2015 in the Miodrag Josipović et al. (S1 1 K
017057 14 KrI) case altering the measure of ban on leaving the place of residence of the accused
Branimir Tešić in a way that from now the movement of the accused is limited to the territory of
Bratunac Municipality and imposing on him the measure of a mandatory reporting to the relevant
Police Station, three times a week while other measures shall remain in force. The next review will
be on 5 April 2015.

The Court rendered the decision on 5 February 2015 in the Zdravko Jurković et al. (S1 2 K
016448 14 Krn) case extending the custody of the suspect Zdravko Jurković for two months.
Pursuant to this decision the custody may last until 5 April 2015 or until the Court renders a new
decision.
•
On 23 January 2015, the Court confirmed the Indictment in the Nermin Mujčić (S1 3 K 018140 15
Kps) case charging Nermin Mujčić with the criminal offence of Impermissible Use of Copyrights.
•
In the Adis Burić et al. (S1 2 K 017901 14 Ko) case, the Court confirmed the Indictment on 6
January 2015 charging Adis Burić, Danko Dragoje, Edin Arnautović, Semir Habibija, Petar
Bošnjak, Mario Bošnjak, Denis Tabaković, Igor Lečić, Slađan Dragićević, Almir Denja, Valentina
Sulić and Josip Ćužić with the criminal offence of Organized Crime in conjunction with the criminal
offence of Illicit Trafficking in Narcotic Drugs.

On 21 July 2014, the Court confirmed the Indictment in the Perica Kustura (S1 1 K 011087 14
Kro) case charging Perica Kustura with the criminal offence of War Crimes against Prisoners of
War.

Monday, 9 February 2015
•
At the plea hearing before Section II for Organized Crime, Economic Crime and Corruption of the
Court, in the Safet Čolaković (S1 2 K 017946 14 Ko) case, the accused Safet Čolaković pleaded
not guilty of continued criminal offence of Tax Evasion.
•
In the Vlado Delić et al. (S1 2 K 013430 14 K) case, the Court reviewed justification of prohibitive
measures of the accused Suad Kuralić. The Court found that reasons for the measures still
remain. The next review will be on 9 April 2015.
•
The Court rendered the decision in the Zoran Tubić et al. (S1 2 K 014954 14 K) case separating
the proceedings in relation to the accused Vladimir Grubačić and Igor Milutinović, therefore from
now these cases shall be conducted under the numbers of Vladimir Grubačić (S1 2 K 018294 15
K) and Igor Milutinović (S1 2 K 018295 15 K).
•
In the Boris Kordić et al. (S1 2 K 014225 13 Krn) case, the Court reviewed justification of
prohibitive measures of the suspects Boris Kordić, Josip Kvesić and Vlatka Puljić. The Court found
that reasons for the measures still remain. The next review will be on 9 April 2015.
•
Upon consideration and acceptance of a Plea agreement, the Court pronounced the Verdict in the
Miroslav Škalonja et al. (S1 3 K 017724 14 Kps) case finding the accused Miroslav Škalonja and
Davor Vuković guilty of the criminal offence of Counterfeiting of Money. In that regard, the Court
sentenced the accused to ten months in prison each. In relation to the accused, the Court
rendered the decision extending the custody for nine months as of the day the Verdict was
pronounced.

The Court reviewed justification of prohibitive measures in the Jozo Đojić (S1 1 K 017362 14 KrI)
case of the accused Jozo Đojić. The Court found that reasons for the measures still remain. The
next review will be on 10 April 2015.
•
Regarding the case of Ante Kovać (X-KR-08/489) the Court has been informed that convicted
Ante Kovać was released under parole which shall last until 30 January 2016.
•
The Court confirmed the Indictment in the Goran Maksimović et al. (S1 1 K 018193 15 Kro) case
charging Goran Maksimović, Ljiljan Mitrović, Slavko Perić, Mile Vujević, Vukašin Drašković, Gojko
Stevanović, Cvjetko Popadić, Rajo Lazarević, Radivoje Đorđić and Mićo Manojlović with the
criminal offence of Crimes against Humanity.
•
Upon consideration and acceptance of a Plea agreement, the Court pronounced the Verdict in the
Arif Peleš (S1 2 K 017043 14 K) case finding the accused Arif Peleš guilty of the criminal offences
of Illicit Trafficking in Narcotic Drugs and Illegal Trafficking in Weapons and Military Equipment and
Products of Dual Usage. In that regard, the Court imposed on the accused a compound prison
sentence in the duration of three years. The Court seized from the accused the money in the
amount of BAM 5,400.00 as the ill-gotten gain. The Court seized from the accused items used in
the perpetration of a criminal offence. In relation to the accused, the Court rendered the decision
terminating the prohibitive measures.

In the Ali Lokaj et al. (S1 2 K 016635 14 Krn) case, the Court rendered the decision imposing on
the suspect Vahidin Dobrača the following prohibitive measures: ban on travelling, ban on meeting
with certain persons and mandatory reporting to the relevant Police Station, once a week. Vahidin
Dobrača is suspected of the criminal offence of Organized Crime in conjunction with the criminal
offence of Illicit Trafficking in Narcotic Drugs. The next review will be on 10 April 2015.
•
The Court reviewed justification of prohibitive measures in the Ibro Delić et al. (S1 2 K 014147 13
Krn) case of the suspects Salko Imamović, Mehmed Tutmić, Enver Lilić and Fikret Hadžić. The
Court found that reasons for the measures still remain. The next review will be on 10 April 2015.
•
In the Boris Kordić et al. (S1 2 K 014225 13 Krn) case, the Court rendered the decision
terminating of the suspect Luce Cobre the measures of ban on visiting certain places or locations
and ban on meeting with certain persons while other measures shall remain in force. The next
review will be on 14 March 2015.

The Court reviewed justification of custody in the Mato Čondrić (S1 1 K 017569 14 KrI) case of
the accused Mato Čondrić. The Court found that reasons for custody still remain. The next review
will be on 11 April 2015.
•
Regarding the case of Zdravko Jurković et al. (S1 2 K 016448 14 Krn) case, the Court has been
informed that suspects Mladenka Ostojić and Šime Šljivić were released from custody on 7
February 2015 due to the expiration of a deadline to extend custody dated 4 December 2014.
•
The Court pronounced the Verdicts in the following cases:
• Ismet Gutlić (S1 2 K 016485 14 K) finding the accused Ismet Gutlić guilty of continued
criminal offence of Illicit Trafficking in Narcotic Drugs. In that regard, the Court sentenced the
accused to three years in prison. The Court seized from the accused the ill-gotten gain in the
amount of Euro 1,012.50. In relation to the accused, the Court rendered the decision
terminating prohibitive measures.
• Edina Šarić (S1 2 K 018232 15 K) finding the accused Edina Šarić guilty of continued criminal
offence of Illicit Trafficking in Narcotic Drugs. In that regard, the Court sentenced the accused
to one year and six months in prison. The Court seized from the accused the ill-gotten gain in
the amount of Euro 1,012.50. In relation to the accused, the Court rendered the decision
terminating prohibitive measures.
•
At the plea hearing before Section II for Organized Crime, Economic Crime and Corruption of the
Court, in the Ivan Čosić (S1 2 K 017134 14 Ko) case, the accused Ivan Čosić pleaded not guilty of
the criminal offence of Organized Crime in conjunction with the criminal offence of Human
Trafficking.
•
In the Feđa Jahura (S1 2 K 017318 15 Kvl) case, the Court rendered the decision modifying the
Verdicts of the Court of BiH of 15 October 2014 and 18 December 2014 and imposing on the
accused Feđa Jahura a suspended compound sentence in the duration of one year and eight
months in prison which shall not be executed if the accused within four year and six months period
of time, as of the day the Verdict becomes final, does not commit a new criminal offence. As an
accessory punishment, the Court imposed on the accused a compound fine of BAM 2,400.00.

In the Enes Gutlić (S1 2 K 018234 15 K) case, the Court pronounced the Verdict finding the
accused Enes Gutlić guilty of continued criminal offence of Illicit Trafficking in Narcotic Drugs. In
that regard, the Court sentenced the accused to one year and two months in prison. The Court
seized from the accused items used in the perpetration of a criminal offence. In relation to the
accused, the Court rendered the decision terminating prohibitive measures.
•
The Court rendered the decision in the Miroslav Rakić et al. (S1 2 K 015894 15 K) case
separating the proceedings in relation to the accused Aleksandar Samardžić, Miladin Jokić, Drago
Perić, Miroslav Maksimović, Emir Eminović and Rasim Eminović, therefore from now on these
cases shall be conducted under the numbers of Aleksandar Samardžić (S1 2 K 018327 15 K),
Miladin Jokić (S1 2 K 018328 15 K), Drago Perić (S1 2 K 018331 15 K), Miroslav Maksimović
(S1 2 K 018326 15 K), Emir Eminović (S1 2 K 018329 15 K) and Rasim Eminović (S1 2 K
018330 15 K) while proceedings in relation to the accused Miroslav Rakić, Vladislav Anđelić, Goran
Kobaš and Milan Grgić shall continue to be conducted under the number of Miroslav Rakić et al.
(S1 2 K 015894 15 K).

In the Mevludin Šurković et al. (S1 3 K 018275 15 Kpp) case, the Court rendered the decision
terminating custody of the suspects Mevludin Šurković and Seid Jašarević and imposing the
following prohibitive measures: ban on leaving the place of residence and mandatory reporting to
the relevant Police Station. Mevludin Šurković and Seid Jašarević are suspected of the criminal
offence of Illicit Trafficking in Narcotic Drugs.
•
At the plea hearing before Section III for General Crime of the Court, in the Danijel Momić (S1 3 K
017819 14 Kps) case, the accused Danijel Momić pleaded not guilty of the criminal offence of
Counterfeiting of Money.
