Upon consideration and acceptance of a Plea agreement, the Court pronounced the Verdict in the
Boban Jeremić (S1 2 K 017262 15 K) case finding the accused Boban Jeremić guilty of the
criminal offence of Smuggling. In that regard, the Court imposed on the accused a suspended
sentence in the duration of one year in prison which shall not be executed if the accused within two
year period of time, as of the day the Verdict becomes final, does not commit a new criminal
offence. The Court seized from the accused items used in the perpetration of a criminal offence.
Regarding the Zahid Popaja (S1 2 K 003917 11 K) case, the Court has been informed by the
Correctional and Penal Institution of Zenica that convicted Zahid Popaja shall be released under
parole on 22 May 2015.
The Court delivered the Verdict in the Elmedin Pirić (S1 2 K 011028 12 K) case modifying the
Verdicts of the Cantonal Court in Tuzla of 28 February 2014 and the Court of BiH of 3 October
2012, therefore Elmedin Pirić was imposed with a compound sentence in the duration of six years
and four months in prison.
In the Mario Ćosić et al. (S1 2 K 014792 14 K) case, the Court rendered the decision separating
the proceedings in relation to the accused Miroslav Ćosić and Aldin Zatagić, therefore from now on
these cases shall be conducted under the numbers of Miroslav Ćosić (S1 2 K 018342 15 K) and
Aldin Zatagić (S1 2 K 018343 15 K).
The Court confirmed the Indictment in the Nedžad Durmić (S1 3 K 016796 15 Kps) case charging
Nedžad Durmić with the criminal offence of Counterfeiting of Money.

On 12 February 2015, the Court rendered the decision in the Zdenko Andabak (S1 1 K 017302
15 KrI) case altering the measure of ban on leaving the place of residence of the accused Zdenko
Andabak in a way that from now on the accused is allowed to leave his home address and to move
within the Livno Municipality. The accused was imposed with the measure of a mandatory
reporting to the relevant Police Station, once a week. Other measures shall remain in force. The
next review will be on 12 April 2015.

In the Jadranko Šaran et al. (S1 1 K 013006 14 Kro) case, the Court rendered the decision on 12
February 2015 extending upon confirmation of the Indictment the measure of ban on meeting or
interfering in any matter including getting close to the witnesses in the 100 m distance of the
accused Jadranko Šaran, Samir Šabić and Zijad Kadić while other measures have been
terminated. In relation to the accused Fahrudin Hadžiosmanagić-Tadžić, the Court terminated the
measures imposed by the Court’s decision of 5 December 2015. The next review will be on 12
April 2015.

On 12 February 2015, the Court rendered the decision in the Goran Maksimović et al. (S1 1 K
018193 15 Kro) case terminating the custody of the accused Goran Maksimović, Ljiljan Mitrović,
Slavko Perić, Mile Vujević, Vukašin Drašković, Gojko Stevanović, Cvjetko Popadić, Rajo Lazarević
and Mićo Manojlović and imposing the following prohibitive measures: ban on leaving the place of
residence and ban on travelling, ban on meeting with certain persons.

The Court rendered the decision on 12 February 2015 in the Predrag Marjanović (S1 1 K 017954
14 Kro) case referring the proceedings in relation to the accused Predrag Marjanović to the District
Court in Bijeljina as the Court with the territorial jurisdiction.
In the Zdravko Jurković et al. (S1 2 K 016448 14 Krn) case, the Court rendered the decision on
12 February 2015 imposing on the suspects Mladenka Ostojić and Šime Šljivić the following
prohibitive measures: ban on travelling, ban on meeting with certain persons and mandatory
reporting to the relevant Police Station. Mladenka Ostojić and Šime Šljivić are suspected of the
criminal offence of Organized Crime in conjunction with the criminal offence of Illicit Trafficking in
Narcotic Drugs.
On 5 February 2015, the Court sent out the second-instance Verdict in the Dragomir Soldat et al.
(S1 1 K 011967 14 Krž) case dismissing as unfounded the appeals filed by the Prosecutor’s Office
of BiH and Defence Lawyers for the accused Dragomir Soldat, Velemir Đurić and Zoran Babić and
confirming the Court’s Verdict of 27 March 2014.
The Court sent out the second-instance Verdict on 5 February 2015 in the Milorad Trbić (S1 1 K
017791 14 Krž) case modifying the Court’s Verdict of 21 October 2010 in the application of the
criminal law and the sentencing part, therefore Milorad Trbić was found guilty of the criminal
offence of Genocide in violation with Article 141 of the Criminal Code of SFRY in conjunction with
Article 22 (co-perpetration) of the said Law and sentenced him to 20 years in prison. In other parts,
the Court’s Verdict of 21 October 2010 remains unchanged.
On 5 February 2015, the Court confirmed the Indictment in the Samir Padžić et al. (S1 2 K
018233 14 Ko) case charging Samir Padžić, Mićo Bojanić and Milenko Mijatović with the criminal
offence of Abuse of Office or Official Authority and the criminal offence of Smuggling.
On 4 February 2015, the Court confirmed the Indictment in the Arman Sinanović (S1 3 K 018241
15 Kps) case charging Arman Sinanović with continued criminal offence of Counterfeiting of
Money.

In the Milorad Vukobratović (S1 3 K 018344 15 Eks) case, the Court rendered the decision
ordering the requested Milorad Vukobratović into 18 day custody. Pursuant to this decision the
custody may last until 4 March 2015 or until the Court renders a new decision. Milorad
Vukobratović is requested by the Basic Court in Kraljevo according to the Verdict of the Appeal
Court in Kragujevac dated 18 May 2011 due to the criminal proceedings for the criminal offence
Illicit Production and Distribution of Narcotic Drugs and Illegal Possession in Weapons and
Explosive Substances. The Verdict carries out a three year and four months prison term.

In the Željko Stanarević (S1 1 K 017149 14 KrI) case, the Court reviewed justification of
prohibitive measures of the accused Željko Stanarević. The Court found that reasons for the
measures still remain. The next review will be on 16 April 2015.

At the plea hearing before Section II for Organized Crime, Economic Crime and Corruption of the
Court, in the Miroslav Šušak (S1 2 K 013827 14 Ko) case, the accused Miroslav Šušak pleaded
not guilty of the criminal offence of Tax Evasion or Fraud.
•
The Court rendered the decision in the Jerko Ivanković-Lijanović et al. (S1 2 K 010348 14 Krn)
case terminating the measures of ban on leaving the place of residence and mandatory reporting
to the relevant Police Station of the suspects Jerko Ivanković-Lijanović, Slavo Ivanković-Lijanović,
Jozo Ivanković-Lijanović, Milorad Bahilj, Jozo Slišković, Mirjana Šakota, Mirko Galić, Željko
Mikulić, Zdravko Ivanković and Dražen Kvesić. Other measures shall remain in force. The next
review will be on 16 April 2015.

In the Zlatko Tadić (S1 3 018051 15 Eks) case, the Court rendered the decision extending the
custody of the requested Zlatko Tadić. Pursuant to this decision the custody may last pending the
extradition decision but not longer than six months which starts to run as of detention date of 8
January 2015.

The Court pronounced the first-instance Verdict in the Mladen Ždrale (S1 2 K 013421 13 K) case
acquitting the accused Mladen Ždrale of the charges of the criminal offences of Murder and
Provoking General Danger. In relation to the accused, the Court rendered the decision terminating
the custody.

In the Kemal Čaušević et al. (S1 2 K 014305 13 Krn) case, the Court rendered the decision
terminating the measures of ban on travelling and ban on meeting with certain persons of the
suspects Alija Mašić, Almir Kadić, Dražen Kožul, Sveto Miljić, Ljubomir Vlajnić, Dragan Tomić,
Dejan Pavić, Nermin Hrustić, Aleksandar Petrović, Hajrudin Muminović, Faruk Šušnjar, Danijel
Stojčić, Boro Marjanović, Radan Kuzmanović, Mišo Novković, Veseljko Starčević, Edvina Ađulović,
Dejan Nožica, Mirko Ivić, Josip Kovačević, Anes Sadiković, Janko Jovanović, Milanko Nikić,
Miroslav Kragulj, Zoran Cvjetinović, Enisa Imširović, Jusuf Ćosović, Saša Jovanović and Radovan
Đurić. In relation to the suspects Anes Sadiković, Radovan Đurić, Kemal Čaušević and Zdravko
Cvjetinović, the Court terminated the measure of a mandatory reporting to the relevant Police
Station while in relation to the suspect Kemal Čaušević the measure of ban on travelling. In relation
to the suspects Anes Sadiković, Janko Jovanović, Milanko Nikić, Miroslav Kragulj, Zoran
Cvjetinović, Enisa Imširović, Jusuf Ćosović, Saša Jovanović and Radovan Đurić the measures of
ban on conducting business activities and official duties shall remain in force while in relation to the
suspects Kemal Čaušević and Zdravko Cvjetinović the measure of ban on meeting with certain
persons. The next review will be on 17 April 2015.

Veldin Oklopčić (S1 3 K 017278 14 K) case finding the accused Veldin Oklopčić guilty of the
criminal offence of Organizing a Group or Association for Perpetration of criminal offences of
Human Trafficking and Smuggling of Migrants. In that regard, the Court imposed on the accused a
suspended sentence in the duration of one year in prison which shall not be executed if the
accused within two year period of time, as of the day the Verdict becomes final, does not commit a
new criminal offence.

Dragan Šekarić et al. (S1 3 K 015797 15 K) case finding the accused Dragan Šekarić guilty of the
criminal offence of Voting Fraud. In that regard, the Court imposed on the accused a suspended
sentence in the duration of ten months in prison which shall not be executed if the accused within
two year period of time, as of the day the Verdict becomes final, does not commit a new criminal
offence.

The Court rendered the decision in the Sead Velagić et al. (S1 1 K 012625 15 Krn) case ordering
the suspect Muamir Jašarević into one-month custody. Pursuant to this decision the custody may
last until 17 March 2015. In relation to the suspect Sead Velagić, the Court rendered the decision
imposing the following prohibitive measures: ban on leaving the place of residence, ban on meeting
with certain persons and mandatory reporting to the relevant Police Station, once a month. Sead
Velagić and Muamir Jašarević are suspected of the criminal offence of Crimes against Humanity.
In the Dragiša Brnić et al. (S1 2 K 012291 13 Krn) case, the Court rendered the decision altering
the measure of ban on leaving the place of residence of the suspects Dragiša Brnić, Duško
Spasojević, Neven Stanić, Edin Dugalić, Milan Kostić, Mirsad Čukurija, Krstan Ninković and
Zdravko Dikić in a way that from now on the suspects are allowed to leave their homes more
precisely their movement is limited to the territory of the Municipalities they reside at. The suspects
are imposed with the measure of a mandatory reporting to the relevant Police Station, once a
week. Other measures shall remain in force. The next review will be on 18 April 2015.
The Court reviewed justification of prohibitive measures in the Ali Lokaj et al. (S1 2 K 016635 14
Krn) case of the suspects Nermin Planinčić and Elvedin Ismaili. The Court found that reasons for
the measures still remain. The next review will be on 18 April 2015.
At the plea hearing before Section III for General Crime of the Court, in the Jusuf Mutapčić (S1 3
K 017981 14 Kps) case, the accused Jusuf Mutapčić pleaded not guilty of the criminal offence of
Counterfeiting of Money.
