The Court sent out the third-instance Verdict in the Musajb Kukavica (S1 1 K 003485 14 Kžž)
case dismissing as unfounded the appeal filed by Defence Lawyer for the accused Musajb
Kukavica and confirming the Court's Verdict of 18 December 2013.
•
In the Vaso Ljubibratić (S1 2 K 013756 14 K) case, the Court reviewed justification of prohibitive
measures of the accused Vaso Ljubibratić. The Court found that reasons for the measures still
remain. The next review will be on 21 March 2015.
•
Upon consideration and acceptance of a Plea agreement, the Court pronounced the Verdict in the
Aleksandar Milinić (S1 2 K 017951 14 K) case finding the accused Aleksandar Milinić guilty of
the criminal offence of Organized Crime in conjunction with the criminal offence of Illicit Trafficking
in Narcotic Drugs. In that regard, the Court sentenced the accused to one year in prison. The
Court seized from the accused items used in the perpetration of a criminal offence. In relation to
the accused, the Court rendered the decision terminating prohibitive measures.
•
The Court rendered the decision in the Mehmet Tas (S1 3 K 018055 15 Eks) case extending
custody of the requested Mehmet Tas for 22 days more precisely until 18 February 2015 or
pending the new Court's decision.
•
Upon consideration and acceptance of a Plea agreement, the Court pronounced the Verdict in the
Marko Krtolica (S1 3 K 010414 15 K) case finding the accused Marko Krtolica guilty of the
criminal offence of Smuggling of Persons. In that regard, the Court sentenced the accused to one
year in prison. The accused is obliged to pay the amount of BAM 5,000.00 as the amount of the illgotten gain.

In the Zlatko Tadić (S1 3 K 018051 15 Eks) case, the Court rendered the decision extending
custody of the requested Zlatko Tadić for 22 days more precisely until 17 February 2015 or
pending the new Court's decision.

On 23 January 2015, the Court confirmed the Indictment in the Dušan Milunić et al. (S1 1 K
017538 14 Kro) case charging Dušan Milunić, Radomir Stojnić, Radovan Četić, Željko Grbić, Ilija
Zorić, Zoran Milunić, Boško Grujičić, Rade Grujčić, Uroš Grujčić, Rajko Gnjatović, Ljubiša Četić,
Duško Zorić and Zdravko Antonić with the criminal offence of Crimes against Humanity. The Court
rendered the decision terminating the custody of the accused Rajko Grbić.
•
The Court rendered the decision on 23 January 2015 in the Goran Jovanović et al. (S1 2 K
009297 15 Krn) case terminating the custody of the suspect Alen Jahić and imposing on him the
following prohibitive measures: ban on leaving the place of residence and ban on travelling and
mandatory reporting to the relevant Police Station, once a week.

In the Tihomir Čule et al. (S1 2 K 015636 14 K) case, the Court rendered the decision on 23
January 2015 altering the measure of ban on leaving the place of residence of the accused
Tihomir Čule in a way that from now on the accused is allowed to move within the region of
Western Herzegovina Canton and Herzegovina-Neretva Canton while other measures shall
remain in force. The next review will be on 23 March 2015.
•
On 23 January 2015, the Court reviewed justification of prohibitive measures in the Miloš
Milutinović et al. (S1 2 K 015808 14 Krn) case of the suspect Miloš Milutinović. The Court found
that reasons for the measures still remain. The next review will be on 23 March 2015.
•
In the Goran Mrđa et al. (S1 1 K 018013 14 Kro) case, the Court rendered the decision on 22
January 2015 extending the custody of the accused Goran Mrđa. Pursuant to this decision the
custody may last up to three years as of the day the Indictment was confirmed more precisely until
20 January 2018 or pending the new Court’s decision. In relation to the accused Milorad Mrđa, the
Court dismissed the Prosecution motion to extend the custody and imposed on the accused the
following prohibitive measures: ban on leaving the place of residence and ban on travelling, ban on
meeting with certain persons.

In the Željko Josipović (S1 3 K 018117 15 Kps) case, the Court confirmed the Indictment on 21
January 2015 charging Željko Josipović with the criminal offence of Counterfeiting of Money.
•
The Court sent out the decision on 20 January 2015 in the Fikret Planinčić et al. (S1 1 K 007511
14 Krž) case upholding the appeals filed by Defence Lawyer for the accused Fikret Planinčić,
Sead Menzil and Mirsad Vatrač and revoking the Court’s Verdict of 13 January 2014 and ordering
a retrial before the Appellate Panel of Section I for War Crimes of the Court.

On 20 January 2015, the Court rendered the decision in the Dragomir Vasić et al. (S1 1 K
017682 14 Kro) case imposing on the accused Dragomir Vasić, Danilo Zoljić and Radomir Pantić
the following prohibitive measures: ban on travelling and mandatory reporting to the relevant
Police Station. The next review will be on 20 March 2015.
•
Regarding the case of Mirsad Tahirović (S1 1 K 017327 14 KrI) the Court rendered the decision
on 20 January 2015 referring the proceedings in relation to the accused Mirsad Tahirović to the
Cantonal Court in Mostar as the Court with the territorial jurisdiction.
•
In the Bešlaga Okić et al. (S1 3 K 014112 15 Kps) case, the Court confirmed the Indictment on 9
January 2015 charging Bešlaga Okić and Samir Okić with the criminal offence of Counterfeiting of
Money.
•
On 9 January 2015, the Court confirmed the Indictment in the Edin Bešić et al. (S1 3 K 018019
14 Kps) case charging Edin Bešić, Emir Sulejmanović and Edin Dedić with the criminal offence of
Counterfeiting of Money.
•
On 5 January 2015, the Court confirmed the Indictment in the Esad Jazvin et al. (S1 2 K 017738
14 Ko) case charging Esad Jazvin and Safet Čolaković with the criminal offence of Tax Evasion.
•
The Court confirmed the Indictments on 31 December 2014 in the following cases:
• Jovan Trifunović et al. (S1 3 K 014606 14 Kps) charging Jovan Trifunović and Muradif Delić
with the criminal offence of Counterfeiting of Money;
• Mirsad Ćerimović (S1 3 K 014887 14 Kps) charging Mirsad Ćerimović with the criminal
offence of Counterfeiting of Money.

On 30 September 2014, the Court confirmed the Indictment in the Ismet Kačapor (S1 2 K 004183
14 Ko) case charging Ismet Kačapor with the criminal offence of Customs Fraud.

•
The Court rendered the decision in the Robert Iličić et al. (S1 2 K 017556 15 Krn) case ordering
the suspects Robert Iličić and Mujo Smajlović into one-month custody. Pursuant to this decision
the custody may last until 23 February 2015. Robert Iličić is suspected of the criminal offences of
Illicit Trafficking in Weapons and Military Equipment and Products of Dual Usage and Giving Gifts
and Other Forms of Benefits and Mujo Smajlović of the criminal offences of Abuse of Office or
Official Authority and Disclosure of Secret Data.

The Court reviewed justification of prohibitive measures in the Gligor Begović (S1 1 K 016600 14
KrI) case of the accused Gligor Begović. The Court found that reasons for the measures still
remain. The next review will be on 26 March 2015.
•
In the Savo Tepić et al. (S1 1 K 014788 14 KrI) case, the Court reviewed justification of
prohibitive measures of the accused Savo Tepić, Dragoslav Bojić, Duško Vujičić, Duško
Maksimović, Radojko Keverović and Ilija Kurušić. The Court found that reasons for the measures
still remain. The next review will be on 26 March 2015.
•
The Court reviewed justification of prohibitive measures in the Andrija Bjelošević et al. (S1 1 K
014931 14 Krn) case of the suspects Predrag Markočević and Predrag Subotić. The Court found
that reasons for the measures still remain. The next review will be on 26 March 2015.
•
In the Zijad Turković et al. (S1 2 K 006087 14 Kžk) case, the Court reviewed justification of
custody of the accused Zijad Turković, Saša Stjepanović, Fadil Aljović and Milenko Lakić. The
Court found that reasons for custody still remain. The next review will be on 26 March 2015.
•
At the plea hearing before Section II for Organized Crime, Economic Crime and Corruption of the
Court, in the Husein Bosnić (S1 2 K 017968 14 Ko) case, the accused Husein Bosnić pleaded
not guilty of the criminal offence of Encouraging Terrorist Activities in Public in conjunction with the
criminal offences of Recruitment for Terrorist Activities and Organizing a Terrorist Group.
•
Upon consideration and acceptance of a Plea agreement, the Court pronounced the Verdict in the
Nevenko Božičić et al. (S1 2 K 017287 14 K) case finding the accused Nevenko Božičić and
Slavko Bibić guilty of continued criminal offence of Counterfeiting of Money. In that regard, the
Court sentenced the accused to one year in prison each. The Court seized from the accused the
ill-gotten gain in the amount of BAM 14,245.00 each. In relation to the accused, the Court rendered
the decision terminating the custody.
•
At the plea hearing before Section II for Organized Crime, economic Crime and Corruption of the
Court, in the Predrag Crnogorac (S1 2 K 017685 14 Ko) case, the accused Predrag Crnogorac
pleaded not guilty of the criminal offence of Abuse of Office or Official Authority.

Regarding the case of Slobodan Ostojić (X-KRŽ-06/243) the Court has been informed that
convicted Slobodan Ostojić was released under parole on 22 January 2015 according to the
decision of the BiH Parole Commission. The parole shall last until 22 September 2015.
•
The Court rendered the decision in the Vehid Sadiković et al. (S1 2 K 014873 15 Krn) case
terminating the measure of ban on leaving the place of residence of the suspects Vehid Sadiković,
Zoran Lončar, Maid Keč, Damir Burnazović and Damir Dudo. In relation to these suspects, the
Court altered the measure of a mandatory reporting to the relevant Police Station in a way that from
now on the suspects are obliged to report to it once a week while other measures shall remain in
force. The next review will be on 27 March 2015.
•
In the Shaban Hadiju et al. (S1 3 K 018209 15 Kps) case, the Court rendered the decision
extending custody of the suspects Shaban Hadiju and Idris Šerif for one month. Pursuant to this
decision the custody may last until 28 February 2015 or pending the new Court’s decision. Shaban
Hadiju and Idris Šerif are suspected of the criminal offence of Illicit Trafficking in Narcotic Drugs.

At the plea hearing before Section I for War Crimes of the Court, in the Enes Ćurić et al. (S1 1 K
017146 14 Kro) case, the accused Enes Ćurić, Ibrahim Demirović, Samir Kreso, Habib Čopelja
and Mehmed Kaminić pleaded not guilty of the criminal offence of War Crimes against Civilians.
•
The Court reviewed justification of prohibitive measures in the Marijan Brnjić et al. (S1 1 K
016706 14 KrI) case of the accused Martin Barukčić. The Court found that reasons for the
measures still remain. The next review will be on 28 March 2015.
•
In the Božidar Kundert et al. (S1 2 K 017740 14 K) case, the Court rendered the decision
separating the proceedings in relation to the accused Božidar Kundert, therefore from now on this
case shall be processed under the number of Božidar Kundert (S1 2 K 018222 15 K) while
proceedings in relation to other accused shall continue to be processed under the number of
Amalija Tomić et al. (S1 2 K 017740 14 K).
•
The Court rendered the decision in the Ibro Delić et al. (S1 2 K 014147 13 Krn) case altering the
measure of a mandatory reporting to the suspects Avdulah Hasanović, Enes Mešić, Emin Hodžić
and Adem Karamuja in a way that from now on these suspects are obliged to report to it twice a
week. The next review will be on 28 March 2015.
•
At the plea hearing before Section II for Organized Crime, Economic Crime and Corruption of the
Court, in the Edo Čolaković (S1 2 K 017942 14 Ko) case, the accused Edo Čolaković pleaded not
guilty of the criminal offence of Tax Evasion.
•
The Court rendered the decision in the Dragoljub Milović et al. (S1 3 K 015797 14 K) case
separating the proceedings in relation to the accused Dragoljub Milović, therefore from now on this
case shall be processed under the number of Dragoljub Milović (S1 3 K 018225 15 K) while
proceedings in relation to the accused Dragan Šekarić and Branko Pereula shall continue to be
processed under the number of Dragan Šekarić et al. (S1 3 K 015797 14 K).
•
Upon consideration and acceptance of a Plea agreement, the Court pronounced the Verdict in the
Dragoljub Milović (S1 3 K 018225 15 K) case finding the accused Dragoljub Milović guilty of the
criminal offence of Voting Fraud. In that regard, the Court imposed on the accused a suspended
sentence in the duration of one year in prison which shall not be executed if the accused within two
year period of time as of the day the Verdict becomes final, does not commit a new criminal
offence.

At the plea hearing before Section I for War Crimes of the Court in the Vide Palameta (S1 1 K
014230 14 Kro), the accused Vide Palameta failed to appear. Vide Palameta is charged with the
criminal offence of War Crimes against Civilians.
•
In the Željko Jukić (S1 1 K 008728 14 Kžk) case, the Court reviewed justification of custody of the
accused Željko Jukić. The Court found that reasons for custody still remain.
•
The Court accepted the Sentencing Warrant of the Prosecutor's Office of BiH in the Željko
Josipović (S1 3 K 018117 15 Kps) case and pronounced the Verdict finding the accused Željko
Josipović guilty of the criminal offence of Counterfeiting of Money. In that regard, the Court
imposed on the accused a suspended sentence in the duration of five months in prison which shall
not be executed if the accused within one year period of time as of the day the Verdict becomes
final, does not commit a new crminal offfence.
